Move on is the one word used by every odd person in every odd situation, be it a girl/boy asking their ex to leave behind the past and go get a new one (as he/she already has) after a break up, be it a friend/relatives asking the one who has lost a dear one and so on. I hope u all connect with this.
Do you really feel “moving on” is so easy that you can do it just by having a thought in mind or just after somebody suggested the same. Though not for everyone but exceptions are always there. “Move on” though has become a small word today as people are more practical or might be that love has more terms and conditions attached to it these days. As someone has rightly said “Earlier lovers used to be faithful, now they are practical.”
Move on is definitely the one you suggest every one when somebody has departed from this world as in that case there is no other option left. There were times indeed when people used to live their whole life with memories of their loved ones and never had that word “move on” in their lives. But as we advance we have become more and more practical, living life on different terms. Money and secure future have become integrated part of love, well actually they actually come on top in the list of priorities.
Is it that money and future are so important that we can forget those long years spent with a loved one, those things that we did for each other just in the nick of time? Is it possible to forget all the promises made in a relationship and find a new one in just a few months or say a few days?
It’s impossible to move into a new relationship in just a few days / months. It is next to impossible to forget the time spent, to delete those moments from this god given hard disk (because you can delete but not permanently) called brain. “To me if you can move on in just months trust me you never loved”.
Love is a feeling that is felt from heart deep within and not a calculation of brain. And if you start calculating, trust me that’s not love. Love is all about giving selflessly. I know now-a-day’s VoxPopuli won’t agree with me as the generation is becoming too practical these days.
And as always I request to all whosoever visits and reads this blog, do let me know your take on this.
